Order Processing, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

ORDER PROCESSING (In stock Merchandise)

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing orders of in stock merchandise.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 4 weeks to process custom orders. Your order may be completed within a much shorter time frame however, as a rule of thumb please allow up to 4 weeks for order completion. Please note: there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom orders. All custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the order before taxes and shipping/handling. â€‹

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post. For orders within North America, a flat shipping fee of $20.00 CAD will be applied to your order. International orders will be charged a flat fee of $29.00 for shipping and handling.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be received by the seller within 30 days of sale in new/unused condition in order for a refund or exchange to be issued. Please note: there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any custom merchandise.
